RTF completed the development of the corporate strategy for Runaco Group.
RTF in cooperation with the management team of Runaco Group completed the development of corporate’s future growth strategy until the year 2019. Within the framework of the Strategy, models of the medium-term corporate’s development are defined and assessed. Such models facilitate the strengthening of company’s positions on the Russian market of oil-submersible equipment as well as the expansion of company’s presence on foreign markets.
